Start the Countdown!

There are only thirteen months and twelve days until the Olympic flame is lit in Vancouver to signify the start of the XXI Winter Olympic Games. Although some Americans are still reveling in the glory of Michael Phelps’s record 8 gold medals, I’m looking towards Vancouver. That is the purpose of The Vancouver Olympic Experience. From now through the end of the games, I plan to provide in-depth and insightful coverage of U.S. athletes and their events from news and notes to profiles and interviews. Even though the games are over a year a way, it’s never too early to start getting excited.
